We offer free samples (100-200g for regular single items), with customers only needing to bear the international express shipping cost; the quality, color, dryness, and aroma of the samples can be confirmed in advance, reducing procurement risks.
Does the product meet export standards? What certifications or qualifications does it possess?
All spices are directly supplied from the place of origin and inspected directly in the factory, and meet China's export food standards. We can provide a full set of export customs clearance documents, including customs declaration, phytosanitary certificate, health certificate, and certificate of origin, and support customs clearance in major markets such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
How to ensure the quality and dryness of spices?
We control the planting and harvesting process at the source, using natural sun-drying and low-temperature drying technology. The products are sulfur-free, additive-free, and have few impurities, with a dryness level that meets the standard (moisture content ≤12%). Each batch is tested for pesticide residues, impurities, and mold before leaving the factory.
What is the delivery time? What shipping methods are supported?
For regular spot goods, delivery takes 7-15 business days; for customized packaging/LCL orders, delivery takes 15-25 days. We support full container load (FCL)/LCL sea freight and air freight, and can ship to ports worldwide. We support trade terms such as FOB, CIF, and CNF.
Are you responsible for export customs declaration and clearance documents?
Our company has complete import and export qualifications and is fully responsible for export customs declaration. We provide a complete set of customs clearance documents free of charge to ensure smooth customs clearance. Customers only need to pick up the goods at the destination port.

What should I do if I find quality problems after receiving the goods?
